Linda Lokočová
Editor-in-Chief
Linda Lokočová works with words – as a copywriter and editor, and now also as Editor-in-Chief of NEGOZINE.com. She enjoys finding the rhythm, natural flow, and core message in a text, so it doesn't get lost among empty phrases. She writes her own articles, edits other authors’ work and, two years ago, somewhat unexpectedly found herself taking on social media management as well.
She became actively involved in negotiation when she had the opportunity to attend NegotiCON 2023 – and because she had the confidence to ask for that opportunity. Since then, she has been learning to negotiate more consciously and noticing how often she uses this skill at work, in everyday life and while traveling. She does not believe in ready-made solutions that simply fall into your lap. She believes in noticing opportunities and then taking the next step.
Linda records her thoughts, emotions and changing perspectives in her journal. Writing helps her revisit situations with greater distance and often becomes the starting point for her articles on negotiation. When she needs to switch off from words altogether, she plays volleyball. And purple? It is simply part of who she is.
