Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data we process when you use the NEGOZINE website and what rights you have.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Negotico, the publisher of NEGOZINE. [TO COMPLETE: company name, company ID and registered address]. You can contact us at [TO COMPLETE: contact email].
What data we process and why
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we process your email address to send you new stories. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the link in every email or by writing to our contact email. We keep your address until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics. We use Umami, which measures visits anonymously, without cookies and without storing IP addresses, so it cannot tell who you are. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which stories readers find useful. You can turn analytics off on the Cookies page.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type on every visit in order to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website securely.
Who has access to the data
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing. We work with processors who help us run the website: Netlify (hosting), Umami (analytics) and the email service provider SmartEmailing (SmartEmailing s.r.o.). Where a processor handles data outside the European Union, this is based on GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to us. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
